A Hailsham woman whose household rubbish was found dumped in a nature reserve has been handed a fine and criminal record.
Nicola Pattern, of Archery Walk, was found to have ‘failed to make sure her waste was disposed of in the correct manner’, according to Wealden council.
The 54-year-old pleaded guilty at Hastings Magistrate’s Court on Monday (January 20) to failing to comply with the duty of care in relation to several black sacks of rubbish.
