You don’t have to be an elite athlete to run a marathon for charity, according to a woman from Horsham.

Jane Parish, 37, of Wallis Way, Horsham, will be running the London Marathon for Leukaemia and Lymphoma Research (LLR) this year despite being an inexperienced runner.

She said: “I decided in June that it would be a good idea to run the London Marathon so I entered and got a place running for LLR.
