EVENT: AFC Worthing Youth is hosting an FA Community Fun Day at Ferring FC in Greystoke Road. Everyone is invited to bring the family along for football-themed fun, including: beat the goalie, a mini-football tournament, giant inflatable five-a-side games, keepy-up challenges, splat the coach, and a meet and greet session with an FA ambassador (an ex-professional). There are also big prizes to be won, including Bowers & Wilkins headphones and a week’s stay in a luxury villa in Spain. EVENT: Worthing Allotments and Gardens Association’s annual show at Oak Grove College. As well as the fruit, flowers and vegetables grown by members, along with cakes, jams and chutneys, stalls include beekeepers, crafts, “grow your own” supplies and the camera club. EVENT: Marine Gardens Bowling Club Annual Charity Fun Day to raise funds for the RNLI.
