POLICE caught up with an alleged flasher - after he left his underpants at the scene.
Officers carried out a routine stop check on a man, and the police national computer revealed he was wanted for an incident which had happened on March 27 this year.

A 16-year-old girl had been walking through an alleyway in Lancing when she says a man had taken off his trousers and underwear and exposed himself.

The man was identified from DNA retrieved from pants left a scene but police had been initially unable to trace him.

Kenneth Sparks, 46, of Brighton Road, Lancing, has now been charged with indecent exposure.
