THERE can be few, if any, speakers with such a phenomenal knowledge of English porcelain and pottery as Geoffrey Godden, formerly from the BBC's Antiques Roadshow team.
Auther of more than 30 reference books on ceramics, he has made a lifelong study of the subject, making him one of the most highly-respected scholars in his field.

Geoffrey gives an illustrated talk at St Mary's House, Bramber, on Saturday, November 1, at 3pm, entitled Victorian Pottery and Porcelain.

Tickets are £10, including tea and country-style biscuits, from the box office on 01903 816205. All proceeds to St Mary's House and Gardens Charitable Trust.
