Unemployed Andrew Fluke, of Rosslyn Avenue, is remanded in custody and will appear for an initial hearing at Lewes Crown Court on June 5. A Sussex police spokesman said he was charged with a serious sex offence against a young girl between 2009 and 2010, and with attempting to incite a young girl to engage in indecency via on-line video contact. The prosecution, authorised by the Crown Prosecution Service, followed an investigation by detectives from the Brighton Safeguarding Investigations Unit. Detective Constable Stewart Cameron said: “Anyone who has concerns on learning of this or similar investigations can contact us via 101@sussex.pnn.police.uk or call 101, quoting serial 1207 of 15/4, and arrange to speak in confidence to experienced detectives.
