A day of racing, bikes and stunts is to be held at a track in Horsham towards the beginning of next month to raise money for charity.

Tony Ford, 72, from Worthing, is hosting a veterans motocross day at his track behind Home Farm, in Hammerpond Road, on Sunday October 5 with the aim of raising as much money as he can for the Sussex Air Ambulance.

He said: “They are amazing. One of the leaders’ boys crashed and the Air Ambulance came out to save him. I thought they were really good.
