As one of the regular volunteers working in the box office at Ropetackle, I was surprised to see Pauline Taylor's letter of complaint about the unavailability of printed tickets for films several weeks away, especially as she recognises that they would be posted to her shortly, as indeed they were.
Ropetackle Arts Centre is an amenity entirely dependent on the support and the commitment of volunteers and trustees, some of whom also work full-time.

We have limited funds and capacity and, therefore, welcome any constructive input as to how we
could improve our service.

Please bring your suggestions to any of us in the box office, where we will also be delighted to give you details of forthcoming attractions.
