To whom it may concern at Brighton and Hove Buses.
I am really disappointed that you see fit to take away the N7 route to Shoreham only a year after giving us such wonderful access to and from the city of Brighton, only to be replaced by two nightclub services on a Friday and Saturday.
It isn't
just nightclubbers who use your services after hours.
Many workers who work late hours, etc., and those visiting families and who are unable to drive will be affected, like myself.
I cannot afford taxis in and out of town and viewed the regular night service as a blessing in disguise.
If you felt the service wasn't used as much, could you not have kept the N7 running, but less regularly throughout the night and throughout the week?
I have been on the N7 during the week and it always seems, particularly on Thursdays, to be packed.
Did you not know that Thursdays are the new Fridays?
A lot of people seem to go out more on Thursdays, so how do you plug the gap of not operating a service to Shoreham on this night?
Talking of packed buses, my concern is trying to get on one of the two buses which you will be operating over the weekend.
The night buses have always been crowded when using them over the year and they have been difficult sometimes to get on.
What happens now if I am unable to get on either of the two which will be running?
Will you pay for a taxi to my home address? I think not!
Come on, Brighton and Hove Buses.
I used to think you operated a cracking service.
Shoreham isn't very far from Brighton, but too far for taxis and walking.
It's about time you recognised us more and increased our services rather than decreasing them and isolating us further.
This is the 21st century, after all, and you operate in a city which everyone would like to make use of.
