Will someone own up to this eyesore, please

I HAVE taken this photo of a new view opened up to us in Kingston Broadway, Shoreham, opposite the Wadurs swimming pool.
Is this a new amenity tip for the Holmbush area of north Shoreham?

This compound has been in place for a few months and, despite several attempts by us, with West Sussex highways and Adur District Council, to find a person responsible, no one seems to "own" the problem.

All that happens is that the enquiry is passed from pillar to post. Can anyone help?

You will see in the photo that the overflow rubbish includes a gas bottle and a fridge, both of which are extremely dangerous to curious children and even the environment.

I hope that someone out there is more successful in pointing to the owner of this eyesore than we have been.

Dave and Lyn Spring

Shoreham
