SHOREHAM Rugby Club will host an Open Fun Day at Buckingham Park on Sunday, July 20, from 2pm to 5pm.
There will be activites for children and adults, and special features will include an inflatable assault course, a penalty shoot-out, rugby rounders and the stocks.

Shoreham secretary Pete Gerry said: "For the less active, there will be refreshmen
ts, raffles and quiet areas to enjoy while the children burn off their energy.

"If you would like to learn more about Shoreham Rugby Club, or would just like to have a fun-packed afternoon in your local park, our Open Fun Day is the place to be."

All money raised on the day will go towards making significant improvements to the old cricket pavilion, which is in urgent need of repair.

Gerry added: "We are working with Adur District Council to provide a fantastic facility for Buckingham Park. The emphasis on the day is fun, so come over and meet the local rugby club."
